The Fountain of Youth Survey is a small subset of a much larger survey that I fielded in 2005 as research for the book. But even the results of this small set of questions might lead you to think differently about how you choose to spend your time and money. Based on analysis of the original survey responses I created four categories that summarized the majority of the answers. Once you take the survey you’ll be able to see where you fall.
